The 1st of December brings the start of a digital Advent Calendar with a maritime theme.
In the run-up to Christmas, each day will see some maritime cheer, whether that’s focussing on the project with latest updates, a look back or delving into our archive and sharing some of our favourites from our collection.
The advent calendar will be also shared on social media every day and on the website from 1 December until Christmas Eve.

There will also be some special festive messages from some of the partners we’re working with.
Rob Kingdom, Project Director for the Hull Maritime project, said: “This Christmas period is going to be very different for all of us and hopefully this advent calendar will bring some festive cheer.”
