Hull Maritime Foundation is looking to appoint five Trustees to join its board.

Hull Maritime Foundation is an independent charity which was set up in 2018 to support the assets, sites and programmes of Hull Maritime Museum. It works in partnership with Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd, which runs the city’s museums and Hull City Council, the principal funder, to protect, conserve and promote Hull’s maritime heritage through the work of Hull Maritime Museum in general.

Hull Maritime Foundation is searching for Trustees to strengthen its expertise in:

  • fundraising and marketing
  • charity law and management
  • events management
  • investments

The charity supports the Hull Maritime project

Timetable

Closing date for applications is 5pm on Monday 31 January 2022

Trustee Interviews 24 and 25 February 2022 via Microsoft Teams

Recommendations to the Board and appointments made 28 February 2021

Induction Period Commences March-April 2022

New Trustees inaugurated at Board meeting on 26 April 2022
